The American Mezzanine Fabrication and Installation (A.M.F.I.) team started out doing licensed material handling installations for its parent company TK Systems Inc, and as word spread we started doing installations for other leading companies in the industry as well. AMFI began to excel in installing structural mezzanines, pallet rack, shelving, catwalks, conveyor, dock equipment and guard equipment. Soon the necessity for a fabrication division developed; trying to get quality material handling accessory parts in a timely fashion often proved difficult. Steel mezzanines were a specific challenge, often dealing with distant factories with very little support in regards to the design, layouts, and especially permits.

At this point, AMFI was fully developed to act as a local and experienced manufacturer of mezzanines and material handling accessory equipment. Outgrowing our Brea, and soon after our Placentia, CA facilities we decided to make the move to the Inland Empire into our current manufacturing facility in Chino, CA.

Currently we hold and maintain the LA City Certification (#2080) for licensed offsite metal fabrication of mezzanines and material handling accessory equipment. Having our customers best interest in mind, and a close relationship with our dealers along with quality products produced quicker than the industry standard has made AMFI what it is today, and what it plans to become tomorrow.
